The website www.theinspiredperfume.in (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Royal Trading (India) (“The Inspired Perfume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Deliveries are handled by Iwayexx Logistics. The Inspired Perfume is domiciled in India.

By using our Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including any linked policies. Please read them carefully—if you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available here, and continued use of the Website means you accept any changes.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• For hygiene reasons, perfumes, attars, and fragrance oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us request must be raised on the day of delivery with an unboxing video and order details. Verified claims will be resolved as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

7) Product Information & Non-Affiliation

• We strive to describe our products accurately. Minor variations in packaging or scent may occur between batches.
• All fragrances are original creations by The Inspired Perfume. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party designer brands or trademark owners. Any references are for scent profiling only. We do not sell counterfeits or replicas.

8) Promotions & Offers

• Promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to their own terms (validity period, exclusions, minimum order value, etc.).
• We may modify or withdraw offers at any time before order acceptance.
